Duane Brown, George Fant both active; Mike Iupati, Ziggy Ansah out vs GB

Seattle Seahawks v Arizona Cardinals

The Seattle Seahawks will have starting left tackle Duane Brown in uniform for the first time in three weeks for Sunday's Divisional Round playoff game against the Green Bay Packers.

Brown is active after having surgery on his ailing right knee on December 23. Brown got some limited work in at practice on Friday for the first time since his surgery.

Additionally, backup tackle and extra tight end George Fant is also active and set to play after missing two days of practice with a groin issue that surfaced come out of last week's win over the Philadelphia Eagles. Fant also returned to limited participation in practice on Friday and both were listed as questionable to play.

Seattle promoted Chad Wheeler from the practice squad earlier in the week as additional depth at tackle should it have been needed with Brown and Fant injured. However, the Seahawks made Wheeler one of their seven inactive players which would seem to indicate a confidence in the ability of Brown and Fant to hold up.

Mike Iupati is out after being listed as doubtful on Friday with continued issues regarding a stinger injury that required a second opinion this week. Jamarco Jones will start again in his place at left guard.

Defensive end Ziggy Ansah is also out due because of a stringer sustained against the Eagles. Ansah had been listed as questionable to play after missing the last two days of practice this week.

Safety Marquise Blair is also out with an ankle injury sustained in practice on Thursday. It's considered a minor ankle sprain but it did cause swelling that apparently hasn't subsided sufficiently enough for him to play.

Wide receivers Jaron Brown and Malik Turner are both this week after missing time. Brown was out last week due to a personal matter while Turner had missed the last two games due to a concussion. Their availability leads to John Ursua being inactive for the first time in two weeks.

Wheeler and guard/center Kyle Fuller, and defensive end L.J. Collier are the healthy scratches for Seattle.

For the Packers, defensive tackle Kenny Clark is active after being limited in practice this week due to a back injury. Right tackle Bryan Bulaga is also active after being a late addition to the injury report due to an illness. Alex Light was also added to the report with an illness but is active as well.

The Packers have just 52 players currently on their active roster and therefore need just six inactive players.

Fullback Danny Vitale (knee/illness) and running back Dexter Williams (illness) were questionable for Green Bay. Both are inactive.
